RETURNING PARTICIPANTS - be sure to update each family member's blue profile tab with the correct age and grade info before registering for classes! (this includes yourself as the account owner)

If you are new to our system, please take a few minutes to watch the tutorial videos that are found in the red Help tab to the left.

HAVING TROUBLE?

Do the courses all say they are ineligible?

Try the following:

1. Log in and go to your blue profile tab on the left. Then use the drop down menu at the top to select the person who will be registering at the top where you see "You are acting on behalf of:" Adjust the age and the grade of that person.
2. Log out and close your browser.
3. Log back on. Select the person for whom you are registering by using the drop down menu at the top.
4. Select classes. Hopefully you are able to select the classes now!

but... are you still having trouble???? Congratulations you have encountered a glitch and we are SO Sorry.

The easiest work around for this is to add a Family Member using the drop down menu. Add your child or yourself again this time with a middle initial and try registering again.
